Unique to this catalog are cels of whole scenes including the original painted backgrounds, final versions of characters, and entire casts such as all members of the Simpsons family. All the complete cel setups are on original, hand-painted backgrounds, depicting television animation from The Flintstones through Scooby-Doo to Samurai Jack.

The progression of televised animation expanded from Saturday mornings and afterschool hours to weekday prime time programming and entire networks.
