Lady Lovely Locks was created by American Greetings, the company that produced Strawberry Shortcake and the Care Bears. It was made into a toy line by Mattel and an animated series by DiC in 1987. This setup features Lady Lovely Locks and her three Pixietails: Pixieshine, Pixiebeauty, and Pixiesparkle.
