Rugrats was one of the three original Nicktoons along with Doug and The Ren & Stimpy Show. The show followed the adventures of a group of infants and toddlers named Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, and Anjelica. This 3-cel setup consisting of one foreground cel and two background cels features Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, and Lil.
