The Oblongs was a short-lived series in 2001 based loosely on the book “Creepy Susie and 13 Other Tragic Tales for Troubled Children”. This hand-painted background features one of the Oblong family’s favorite hangouts: The local bar called “The Rusty Bucket”. All characters and foreground elements for the series were created digitally, so no cels exist.
